SOLVENT BASE
The solvent technology allows to create double laminates, triple in line or quadruple, with or without aluminum with crown tractors on all of the stations in progress.
The adhesive is applied with rotogravure or graphic flexing technology with the possibility of printing one color, lacquering, or painting.
The structures produced are performed on the basis of customer requests and technologies: barrier, pasteurisable, sterilizable, retort.
The maximum light band is 1350 mm and the workable coils can have a maximum diameter of 1000 mm both inlet and outlet

SOLVENT LESS TECHNOLOGY
The solvent less technology allows you to create double or triple laminates with crown tractors on all unwinding stations.
Laminati Cavanna has several mixers in order to be able to use different adhesives, including one-component adhesives for paper.

COIL CUTTING
Laminati Cavanna has 2 slitters to cover all possible cutting needs and requirements.
CUTS: from 50mm to 1500 mm
DIAMETERS: 1000 in inlet and outlet
Both cutters have single and double-sided FUTEC inspection for defects and impurities.
From September 2019 we have available a second “BIMEC” cutter capable of cutting different formats.
RUBBER CYLINDER GRINDING
Since January 2019 we have also been providing the “Rubber Cyclinder Grinding” service on behalf of third parties. We have in fact purchased from the company ROSSINI S.p.A. an electronically controlled grinding machine for sleeves and rollers coated with rubber and / or techno-polymers (“PRIMA 200 Plc”).
This machine has a dual function of initial roughing (turning) and final precision grinding that guarantee maximum precision and excellent performance. All types of processing are possible: trapezoidal-conical-convex profile, scaling, cambering, facing, turning and grinding.
